  The staff are always so friendly at Casa Bella. We broke our fast (Ramadan) yesterday there and they even had complimentary dates and nuts for us! Highly recommend them!

  Thoroughly enjoy the service and quality! I have been a regular customer of Casa Bella for approximately seven years, and the overall quality scores a 4.5 out of 5! Why? This review takes four factors into account: Food and Menu, Service, Pricing, and Kids. Yes. Kids! Food and Menu (4.5 out of 5) - a menu with great variety (from outstanding pizzas and pastas through to very well prepared seafood, salads, steak and - of course - the Casa Bella Big Brekkie. And when it comes to that Melbourne staple - the Chicken Parma - then fast yourself for the day before you eat. It's huge, very tasty and at least $5-7.50 less expensive than you might expect to pay elsewhere. Service (5 out of 5) - For me, this is the stand-out feature of Casa Bella. The wonderful staff are inevitably cheerful and responsive despite any high demand period they may be experiencing. Any suggestions or requests are dealt with professionally - by the staff and owners - and in a friendly manner. Pricing (5 out of 5) - Born of competition, the pricing of food at Casa Bella is a thrifty person's delight. As alluded to above (the Chicken Parma), prices are highly competitive right across the menu. Kids (5 out of 5) - Hardly a surprising 5 out of 5 for this given both owners are devoted fathers. Pretty well anything on the menu can be asked for as a child serving, and parents are afforded every courtesy when it comes to facilitating prams and strollers, and special servings. OK, so one suggestion - Website. If the restaurant does have a website, it doesn't show up easily in a Google search. If this is the case, it's strongly suggested to have someone work on the Search Engine Optimisation. If there is no website...it's definitely time to invest in one. Overall, a fabulous experience whenever I visit, and well deserving of this 4.5/5 star rating.
